Here is the thing. Before I got the triathlon bug I was a junior cyclist , I trained 3-4 hours a day. Some time ago me and my friend watched this nike commercial with Lance Armstrong where he claims he trains 6 hours a day.So my friend suggested that I should increase my training time.I claimed that it was impossible to train 6 hours a day for very long do to overtraining , and that it was all the commercial. So is it possible I am holding my self back or am I right not to cycle for longer loger than 4 hours becose my friend claims that most elite cyclist train 6 - 7 hours a day.

Expert advice only.

I watched the show " Work Out," and in the episode, Jesse out ran Brian Peeler.
I was wondering what you considered as healthy, Arnold Schwarzenegger or Lance Armstrong?

I have Direct TV and can't find the Tour broadcast any where. Any one have an idea where I can watch it at home? Seems to me the year Lance Armstrong won his 7th, it was all over the TV chanels. Especially ESPN. Why not this year?

& Lance Armstrong talked about their battles with cancer. It was very good however interesting that they didn't mention anything about faith & prayer. They are rebroadcasting it again tonight. 1/2 million people/year die of cancer. I had never heard that no. before, sobering!
I would have to disagree with faith & prayers not being a cure. In my personal situation, I had people praying for me nationwide & my outcome after surgery was stage 1 as a result.

I’ve toyed around with the idea of getting an earring, but I have such an astoundingly small tolerance for pain that I kind of want to avoid a piercing. I’ve seen pierceless (magnetic, fake, clip, etc.) earring studs and hoops at various stores like Hot Topic or Hippie themed stores. I was just wondering it that would look good, or just make me look like a dweeb. What do you all think?

I’d probably wear it on my left ear; all my other accessories (watch, wallet, Lance Armstrong band, etc.) seem to be on my right side, I thought a left earring would balance it out a bit… or something…

Do you think that Lance Armstrong is half alien?
To me it makes cents. When Neil Armstrong went to the moon he could have encountered an alien life form. Neil came back from the moon and his wife had Lance.
Lance is superior in all that he does. How did he get this power? Because his dad(Neil) was in contact with an alien. Being on earth for Lance can be difficult and rewarding. Since the moon has no gravity, this gives Lance extra strength to win races.
Don’t believe me? Watch Superman 2 and look at the strength of the three moon aliens who attacked the astronauts.

Lance overcame cancer because his alien half cured him. I’ve learned that theory works because Mr. Spock from Star Wars used to cure himself since he was half Klingon.

I think Lance should try other sports! He would be the best ever!
Good old Neil Armstrong for creating a outstanding athlete!

He doesn't seem like such a bad guy, does he? I think a lot of Christians even look up to him.

Check this out, it's pretty cool:

Willy: I'm an atheist too, you dipsh*t.

i was watching the bicycling part of the Olympics and wondered if lance has ever participated in them…if has what did he win?

I think he cheated. I KNOW that Floyd Landis did. Anyone who watched him regain nine and a half minutes should have no doubt as to whether Landis cheated.
I've read "It's Not About The Bike." I've been following this sport since the LeMond days. Since long before everyone started wearing yellow wristbands.

I am italian and every year i see all the giro but I want to know if in America you like the giro d'italia. I think this giro has been easier than the other but very spectacular, funny and with an emotional final.

I watched the Lance Armstrong video and I think this will be the dividing factor for me. Cancer ruins lives.
